    Tx for the quick reply. My first thought was a leak also but, over a year, I've seen the gutter completely dry in summer months during very heavy rain and totally soaking in winter when there's been no rain for days.

    Blown plaster repair

    I've got some small areas of plaster that have blown due to rising damp coming up a cob wall. The plaster skim seems to have gone powdery in the places where the damp is. Any advice on what products to use to make a repair. Final coat is just an emulsion paint. Tx
