Spoke to roofer, he said they didn't used 6x2 as trying to keep weight down as most of the wall is windows and will be using noggins to secure the current joists to together

Okay great I am okay at DIY etc but got the roofers in as expected them to atleast check the basics.. typcial. I will be able to fit the joist hanger and fit some 145X47 next to them, The last thing i want is to plasterboard it all and skim it for it to sag :( Thanks for the help

So would I best with adding extra joist In between my current ones at large size? i know they cant be fixed to the board now the rubber is on but it will support the roof?

Thanks so much Span is 2.8m ish Timber is 95mm x 45mm C24 and spaced approx 430mm apart Yeah I got a company in which had good reviews etc, he brought some contractors he has working for him
