Your gas valve is stuffed. Warm weather= sticking gas valve. A new valve was introduced by S.I.T. teflon coated to cope with glycol. You should 240vac to gas valve solenoids, but no gas. Where in the Uk are you?

The diverter actuator is playing up. You must have spent some serious pounds to get where you are now? Take the actuator head off, remove molex plug and observe if this cures the fault. A new diverter is available with teflon coated inside to resolve the sticking issues.

A little sour that. But I guess you agreed to a fixed price job?. If so well that is life. What if the scenario were different? You paid your fixed price and the engineer was there for 4 hrs and changed loads of parts? You would be very happy? Swings and roundabouts in life...

I have had this with 3 I fitted this year. On all of them it was the ignition lead not pushed in tight onto the ignition probe. Black rubber connection to the right of the heat exch.

Plumb Center wrong. Did training on Classic HE and Mexico HE last week. Def. not for gravity. Will post some info in a while.

The Mexico is HE is a floor standing Icos. It is definetly not compatible with gravity systems.

To be honest with you I would suggest getting someone out to look at the boiler. Make sure the engineer is familiar with the boiler prior to visiting though. If you are within our area take a look at our website and make your own mind up. Could be gas pressure, ignition/detection...

Original post states fan runs but will not light. The fan on a Response is an Ebm modulating fan. It works from a fan speed board so does not have bearings. Winnit does the fan run ok prior to attempted ignition?

Suspect a leaking heat exchanger. You really need a corgi out to drop the burner and check for water.

Mexico He can be fitted to sealed system, just add exp vess prv etc to system.

Why not use the twin flue kit? 80mm I believe.
