If the pipes were just too far apart, rad extension bars can be fitted too the rad and then the valve onto them, work really well.. but if the pipes are too far back to the wall then they wont work, can they get back under the floor, and send 10mm pipe up instead, get a much neater sweeping bend...

just take 15mm to the bath hot and cold, and shower, it will be fine.

Most likely sludge in your rad if its cold at the bottom in the middle, are any other of ur rads similar to this ? try balancing the system if not take the rad of and run a hosepipe through it, if still nothing try a powerflush.

Are you sure you havnt kinked the flexi ? also undo the flexi and check there is no cr@p been flushed into the hose, these can sometimes have quite narror bores.

Not so much a disaster so would of been better posting in plumbing and heating, But just undo your fittings again and apply a couple of turns of PTFE on the olives then retighten, should solve your problem.

You will need to balance your other rads, go around to your other radiators which are nice and hot and shut the lockshield right down then open up just a couple of turns, do this on all your other rads and see if your 2 cold rads start to get hot.

No you can not use plastic speedfit fittings for this it must be solderd or compression fittings and yes it must turn back down the wall as to prevent it firing straight out the wall onto someone walking past.

Have you simply tried balancing the system properly ?
