when you remove the screw from the pump head that is the shaft that is spinning you need to remove the head to see the impellor it may have come off the shaft

i have come across the impellor on the pump coming loose and intermittently working also they sometimes shear off completely valve pump off and remove 4 allen bolts remove pump head, may take a clout with the hammer and inspect the impellor

please let me know how much you charge or have been charged for a gas appliance service/landlords time taken and location in country

when you turn it up can you hear a click from the thermostat

RI doesnt have a diverter its a system boiler. zone valve will prob be a silver box on the pipework

strange question i think most village centers have mains gas these days its usually the old or outskirt properties that dont. Ilived in tarleton it had gas but we didnt cost of cutting into main was silly,

if you were familiar with this boiler you would be aware that the pressure switch is not located in the combustion chamber but it is located next to the pcb, Do you think i would tell a DIYer to remove combustion chamber or play with any gas related parts, if he buggers up the APS what will...

it needs an engineer its something beyond the DIYer

f28 is numerous faults but basically no gas, fauly lead, gas valve, are you on card meter?
