broken boiler

hi i have a vaillent combi boiler that has just come up with the code f 28
can anyone tell me what this means as the boiler is only 4 years old
and was working fine 20 mins ago it let me bath my 4 month old son and now i have no heating or hot water thanks Robert

f28 is numerous faults but basically no gas, fauly lead, gas valve, are you on card meter?

no but boiler was fitted in loft with weather bad do you think this is why thanks Robert

it needs an engineer its something beyond the DIYer

condense pipe frozen. Had 2 today, same fault. Put your kettle on.

boiler now fixed thanks for all your help have an engineer coming to check it as well
