    The fan seems to be running all the time even when no heat or hot water is being called for. When heat etc needed it works fine. Have just moved into the house and wonder whether constant running of the fan is usual. If not is there anything I can do as a diy solution. Jim

    Just moved into a property and one of the radiators has valve tops on each side which can be turned with the existing caps. How do I tell which is the one for regulating the specific radiator please ? Is it the one on the side where the pipe gets hot first ? Jim

    The bathroom is downstairs and has a cement floor. If I use vinyl flooring it seems to lead to damp readings. I have dried it out with a dehumidifier Is there any way of painting it satisfactorily so that I can simply use a rug. Jim

    There is a whining noise when the power steering is in use. When I look into the power steering fluid tank after using the car the fluid is all frothy. Any advice please - does it simply mean a fluid change is needed. The car is 9 years old. Jim
