    You can try adjusting the blending valve to see if this improves it by removing the cap, loosening the backnut then turning the square valve head with an adjustable spanner failing this it's more than likely a new one required.

    If the boiler is continually at 3bar whether it is operating or not then either the filling loop is passing or the DHW heat exchanger is pinholed causing mains water to mix with central heating water

    It's likely your DHW flow switch is stuck on. Try tracing the wires to it and removing one and then see if your boiler still fires

    Price of copper cylinders/tank/pipework it's probably like for like with a vented system. Plus there is no need to have an extra tank/lagging/overflow etc etc. Unless however the mains pressure is poor

    Depending on mains pressure your best option is a direct unvented cylinder. You would get hot water at mains pressure.

    Yep. very sensitive to dripping taps these boilers. The sensor in the cold inlet registers on a slight change in temp and fires the boiler up

    Likely it's the flow rate through the bath tap have you tried reducing the speed of the flow though the tap? what size is the boiler ?
