No Hot water but Central heating works ok

First port of call would be flow switch. Since the boiler doesn't seem to be recognising a demand for water If the boiler were firing then there could possibly be an issue with other components.

Boiler not firing, no H/W or C/H

Re my earlier post. orange and white wires are found on the mid-pos valve mid position valve wiring. CH turned on White wire to earth/neutral (230v) indicates heating demand to valve Orange wire to earth/neutral (230v) indicates power to pump/boiler

Boiler not firing, no H/W or C/H

Also when you test live-neutral you should also test live-earth and neutral-earth this will help eliminate problems with faulty neutrals

Boiler not firing, no H/W or C/H

Test the boiler/pump live. If you have a mid position valve as you say this is the orange wire. Turn your heating on you should have 240v on the white wire to the valve and also 240v on the orange wire. If you are not getting 240v on orange suspect an issue with the midposition valve

    Pressure valve??

What is the pressure at on the boiler? Cold it should be 1 - 1.5 bar when the system is hot is should be 2 bar or so. If the pressure is continually high i.e 3 bar when hot or cold then you have a passing issue either via the filling loop or another part where the water and heating pass...

Baxi Combi Instant 80 HE Preheat function

Leaving the preheat function on uses more energy both gas and electric as the boiler fires in order to maintain it's heat. If you have short runs of pipe then it really isn't required however with long runs you may be drawing off more water in order to get the boiler up to temperature. If you...

    Boiler bar to high

Is the PRV dripping outside (boiler overflow) sounds like with that pressure increase when heating up there is an issue with the vessel

    Biasi combi knocking noise.

I presumed you said the knocking was coming from the boiler when you said top condensor tank area (on the m96 this is the recouperator) If it's coming from the pipework and radiators it's likely expansion on the pipework when the system first heats up where a pipe is fitted close to say a...

    Strange Dripping Overflow

If the pump is running and the open vent is discharging into the F+E then as stated above the system is pumping over. This could possibly be a result of insufficient head on the pump/pump speed too high or restriction around the cold feed/open vent area or even down to how the system is...
