Problem solved (kind of) - I am re routing the supply under the kitchen units. When I told her there would still be conduit on the outside of the house, she said thats fine because you cant see it from the road. Apparently if you can see it from the road then it draws attention to her house...

Hi Jonny I am going there tomorrow to have a word with her - I have thought of running a length of conduit under the units - its the only feasible thing to do - she is still going to have conduit on the outside of the house tho! Well will see what she says.

Just finished a job today - replaced old electrics in a garage for client. Used conduit on outside of house for supply. Everything is connected and tested and was in the process of doing her certificate when she rang to say she doesn't like it. Can we run it through the house? AAAARRRGGGHHH...

Hi all Can anyone give me their views of the nest product to use for giving cables buried in a wall mechanical protection. I use metal conduit but its a bit of a bit£$ - anything better, easier out there? Thanks
