Hi, I can confirm that its the Digistat 3. I have adjusted the 4 times, 1, 2, 3 and night. They look like this: - 1 - 9:00am - 19 degress 2 - 4:00pm - 15 degrees 3 - 9:00pm - 19 degrees 4(night) - 10:30pm - 7 degrees

Is using a programmable thermostat not a costly option? I mean if you use the defualt program then your central heating is on for most of the day or am i missing something. I guess you could change the default settings to suit your needs

The above is what happened when I initially installed the new stat. Becuase the batteries were low the flame signal appeared but there wasnt enough power to flip the relay contacts!

I changed the batteries on the thermostat and hey presto it started working. However, the battery light wasnt flashing. I guess the thermostat wasnt switching between on and off as the batteries were down Thanks to all those that helped me out

Hi all, I connected the red wire to common and yellow wire to call for heat. However, before i even put batteries in the thermostat the boiler fired up? I noticed that the red wire has power going through it but so has the yellow. Is this normal?
