Yea i know that thermostats safety has improved greatly, but how many households have unsuspecting faulty therostats fitted from years gone by. All im saying is with hot water discharge on to roof seems to me to be an added safety measure and a far better option than into cws tank if at possible.

would it be o.k to connect a towel rail to 15mm pipes feeding an existing small radiator in bathroom or would this take a lot of heat from radiator.

Try a flexible pan connector, these have as much as 4 to 5 inches of flex in any direction.

flexi hose 15mm compression both ends.

10mm rad valve.

I,d use flexible tap connectors,remove the copper tails and fit directly to threaded tap tail and a compression joint on other end of flexi connector or a push fit speedfit,but don,t forget about inserts when connecting to plastic pipe. :)

If installing a 2 way zone valve for CH & HW would this have to be fitted on the 22mm return before the first rad and a 22mm branch before the zone valve going to the HW cylinder or does a 3 way valve do the same job without having to put in a 22mm branch pipe.Hope someone out there can make...

Need some info on adding a rad in loft conversion. It is an oil fired open vent pumped system in a two story house. Would i need to raise f & e tank, need a more powerful pump to circulate water higher any info would be appreciated. :? :?
