i had this problem recently http://www.diynot.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=237286&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0 was advised to polish the formers, guides and rollers and lubricate all round also make sure all nuts n bolts are tight and give it some serious love it worked a treat :wink...

P.S. Too much talk of DIYing will scare many installers off, and may explain their unavailability correct when a customer starts talking of DIYing it just spells tight a r s e to me and id expect them not to have job done but just try to pick my brains then doit themselves then call me...

hi i have been out to fit a hob and double oven for kitchen fitter mate, only problem is with oven shoved in it touches my pipe that i installed for hob and not a prayer for the wall plate elbow and beyonet fitting and hose the oven from front to back is 555mm. what do you guys do in this...

i did this saturday i put £10 unleaded in my van then banged £35 diesel in and it runs ok

problem ressolved, fitted one of my babies (a duo-tec) and not put it in a cupboard, it lines up perfectly with the wall units and its not a bad lookin boiler so custard is chuffed :lol:

TRUE But sometimes custards want cheap and if it means winning a job so be it. but i cross the line at cheap boilers :wink:
