hi, cheers, there is no cylinder, its a square type tank with a small cistern tank attached to the side, and its direct, not in-direct, so only the one cold feed tank. its not been drained for years, but the return pipe is below the flow, so any air would be in the higher pipe from the janus...

Janus circulator, attached to Johnson and starley wau. Hotwater is only luke warm, heater is firing up and flow pipe gets boiling hot, but htr keeps cutting on / off, return pipe never gets hot... The storage tank is a direct one (not sure of the make,but its a square one with the cistern...

CORRECT !!! Yes. you are spot on, changed the board and it sorted it, after i was mis informed it was the non return valve, which was fine. The domestic thermisister was faulty too, so your totaly bang on. Thanks for the advice.

i thought it was typical linea dom ht exh blocked, but it wasnt cutting out, but i removed and flushed anyway, did get some debri out but only usual amount. I borrowed new one and exh but still same !

PUMP OVER RUN - Has the pump been wired to the boiler orto the control center?? Pump needs to run after boiler shuts down to stop over heating, had this problam with a relatives boiler.

these boilers are same as vokera compact 25HE, Re badged as pro combi's, very good cheap boiler with vokera after sales back up, they may have slightl inferior parts fitted than original vokera ones? But it is a band B boiler NOT a sedbuk A.

excellent price, gas board would be about 3 grand. Good boiler too, must be light on work, i quote 1800 - 2000 and win almost every quote.
