Loss Of Hot Pressure on New Bath and Mixer Tap

I never put a mixer valve on unbalanced supplies, it almost never works because the cold pressure always overpowers the hot gravity pressure, if a customer asks me to do it then I tell them it will most probably not work as a shower and watch their faces when I am proved right at the end of the...

I dont think many people would 'assume' it's a combi just because she didn't say it was a combi... :?: especially with it being open vented and on a cylinder and she said she had a conventional boiler fitted to replace the old one.....system boiler maybe... :?

    telescope

Good advice from spacecat, as he says, anything less than 70mm objective lens is virtually useless, go for the largest lens you can afford, a second hand reflector (mirror) if you can find a big enough one can be a good buy. And bear in mind the more magnification you use on the eyepieces the...

    Central Heating system inhibitor

I would do it sooner rather than later ie, ASAP, an open vented system with no inhibitor in is bad news.

    Joe-90 on Utube?

[/url] Just watched this video Joe, great cover of a brilliant song, I'm quite a big Clapton fan and that track is such a special track especially considering the reason and sentiments it was written about. I've been a fan of guitar based music all my life and have been trying to learn...

Credit crunch- how you doing ?

Not quite as hectic as it usually is for me at this time of year but not far off, but a couple of calls here and there and I'm really busy again, doesn't take much when you're on your own to be busy. Work is coming in at a nice steady rate so as long as it stays the same I'll be happy. :)

    Worcester danesmoor

Is this a wind up? You are kidding right?- Just use your head a bit, it's not that complicated a fault, you will get a lot worse than that. If you start changing burners for faults like this you are not going to get much in the way of repeat custom or good word of mouth.
