Go to google and type worcester 15 19 heatslave. Select discontinued oil fired boiler literature-worcester bosch group uk. Select the heatslave series, RS or CF and down load the Installation and service instructions. The fualt finding section should solve your problem. Regards spraggo

It appears that the valve is not seating correctly, probably caused by debris in the system, I would suggest that you get the installer to rectify.

Check that the lever, protuding out from the V4073 is free to move and not latched onto manual.

There is obviously a short circuit within the macrater motor windings, switch etc. Get an electrcian to sort it.

The "H"piece is to high in relation to the header tank, resulting in the column of water in the expansion pipe being drawn down and letting air into the system on initial pump startup. This can happen when the pump speed is to high, so try turning it down, failing this the other options are, to...

It is obvious that there is a circulation problem. Either the pump or the pipework is airlocked or there is a valve not fully opened.

Is the ex gauge reading 1.5 and does this fluctuate when heating is on?.

I assume that you have released the air with a radiator key from the three bleed screws located at nine o`clock, six o`clock and three o`clock, looking at the photo showing the top of the boiler, while hot water and heating was switched off??.

This sounds like the pump then. Ok, clout the flat disc, if awkward to get at use a short lenght of wood etc. If this fails undo the large screw and insert a screw driver into the hole, situated under this screw, and free the impeller by turning the screw driver.

Remove front cover of the boiler and the pump is located near the top right hand side and will have a circular disc on the front which surrounds a large chrome screw.

I would suspect that the central heating pump is stuck and not spinning, try giving it a few smart clouts with heal of an old shoe with the heating switched on.

What make and model boiler do you have?.

It is unusual for the hot and cold to mix within a mixer tap as as they usually have a fluted spout to prevent this, so that the water only mixes as it leaves the spout. Are you sure that you have installed the check valve the correct way round?.

Why not TRY changing your basin trap for an anti vacuum one, as Hufty suggested
