I changed both pumps on the washer and replaced the clip-on hose springs with a sturdier jubilee clips thinking it might be from there but it's still leaking. Does anyone know were else apart from the pump hosing were it could be leaking from ? it only leaks on spin.

I'm not 100% sure but it makes the noise when the washers filling and the drums slowly spinning. If you watch the video from 1min 5seconds into the cycle you can here the noise on off.
