Yeah that's what I did. It makes the sounds again now. :) my keypad has four options there it seems... Had to press it three times (and wait to hear a sound twice) for it to chime again when I trigger the chime zones

Finally found some time to do it earlier... Engineers code, unscrew, take off wall, batteries out, press some buttons to release the final current inside, wait a few seconds, batteries back in, said no to learning, it found the ricochet instantly... I made sure to push the batteries in properly...

Hi mate - Thank you so much for your help! I figured out how to find the log. It only said "Zone 9 temper" followed by "Zone 9 restore". Zone 9 is my wireless keypad... Weird? Any idea what could cause this? Cheers :)

Ok for anyone who's reading this in the future... I didn't make it work and the alarm still rang... But if you take out the battery pack quickly it'll stop damaging your ears pressing omit didn't work on that menu sadly... Maybe next time I'll figure it out
