Insulating the timber kit walls with Kingspan 100mm thick, any advantage of running a bead of silicone where the kingspan does not quite touch the framing. Most are a snug fit, but there are some touching in places and then slight gaps approx 2-3mm max in most cases. Cheers

Have you pushed the plastic nozzle fully onto the gas cylinder and not just the first stage. Lower part of the nozzle should be touching the cylinder.

So, am I correct in saying to build it to "Regs!" this wall would actually require 3 expansion joints. 3Mtr in from each corner and a 3rd one somewhere in the remaining 8Mtr. Phoned BCO but he is on hols until Monday. Elevation of the offending wall shown 3 expansion joints!!

If it's a glazed door and the side opposite the hinges is sagging downwards, try a quick google for "toeing and heeling" a door. May cure your repetitive problem.
