Part youve removed is probably the drive pulley,not the spider.As Fido suggested outer drum/tub lifts out of top which means timer/valves soap drawer to be moved.This is a big job for an experienced appliance engineer-very daunting for diy.Best of luck.

Different ffd on top oven to bottom oven.Check that sensor of ffd is situated in flame of burner-ie burner jet not blocked or sensor moved out of place.You need to be corgi registered to change ffd as it involves breaking a gas connection.

Not sure but think this boiler shows overheat if electrical supply lost for short time-dont know if this helps.

To reinforce Keegos suggestion-ive just replaced ignition lead on Suprima for intermittent lock out-customer rang to inform been working ok for 6 weeks(longest time for ages).The ignition lead is also flame sensing lead.
