Firstly I appologise for calling a heating engineer a plumber,I work for the police and get calld alot worse than that ! Secondly yes I suppose it is possible but the hot water was no hotter after the heat exchanger was replaced than before.I am still waiting for BG to turn up this...

I am trying to strip the top coat of my daughters wall paper off but its like a plasticky type.I was told you just peel it off which has worked in some places but most of it you can't get a corner.I have tried a steamer but this just seems to melt it ? Any help appreciated
