wondering if anyone out there could offer any advice. currently have concrete garage and need another bedroom. loft isn't an option. How do we go about rebuilding garage with the intention of it becoming a bedroom. Is there a lot of opposition regarding planning permission etc? Any advice...

thanks :D. Cylinder is also in the loft and F&E above it dont think the hieght of it will be a problem. when I said before the 3 port vale I meant were the pipes come through the ceiling to the cylinder is this where I should tee off sorry if I have miss understood

Hi would appreciate some advice, F&E tank fitted in the loft above the cylinder, Would it be possible to tee off the feed and return pipes going to the cylinder before the 3 port valve to fit a radiator in the loft, or is it better to take a feed from the bedroom below? grateful of any advice :)

I would take off the ball valve and try cleaning it. if no joy then replace the valve :)

If you now have a combi fitted you have the option to cap off the feed from the cold tank, And come off the cold and hot under the bath when you change the bath and fit a thermostatic shower that is compatable with a combi system.Or use the exsisting feed with an electric :D

Run 22mm pipe from the new boiler position then you will be fine branching off with 15mm tees to the new rads. :D

Bath may have been channeled into the wall because it was wall out of square. if not I would just make sure you fill the bath then silicone. tile on top of the new silicone. :)

I need to fit a new rad and their is a twin entry rad valve can I connect this to a new rad or would I be better changing the pipework?
