Hot water spluttering since installing Flange

Loft pic All pipes elbow to the left like I mentioned earlier. Sorry what do you mean here polesapart? I put my finger over the mixer tap hole and turned the hot on whilst I then slowly turned it to cold, I think it's made a difference not spluttering as much now - mainly the bath mixer...

Hot water spluttering since installing Flange

No not altered it too much, slightly yes as seen in the other pic earlier. I'll get a pic up later, in work at the moment but basically it goes straight up then left via a elbow. I have slightly altered the pipe above the hw cylinder as can be seen in the pics I posted earlier. I did want to...

Hot water spluttering since installing Flange

I would BUT it's not connected up yet to any pipes! it's sat there waiting to be hooked up (once I've run the feed from the cold tank in) I am sort of hoping once I connect the pump up fully etc it will go away although I think I'll be sadly mistaken.

Hot water spluttering since installing Flange

I think it could be air myself but haven't a clue where from unless it's to do with the pushfit stop end, really struggling with this one. Cold supply seems fine, no issues there.

Hot water spluttering since installing Flange

Yes, it is the opposite on a Warix flange according to the install instructions - Surrey is the way you describe Doggit.

Hot water spluttering since installing Flange

Top feed is for the shower pump which I havent finished the pipe work to - got to run a inlet feed from the Cold water tank yet. Plan is to connect the hot up then. I have done the pipework to the bathroom - thats the two copper pipes to the left (outlets)

Hot water spluttering since installing Flange

Gate valve is fully open there picasso, do you or anyone else think this issue will go away once I remove the speedfit stop end and then connect all the remaining pipework up to the shower pump? It's very annoying as I thought I'd done a decent job so far.

Hot water spluttering since installing Flange

Normally is on other Flanges ie Surrey but NOT on a Warix that is one schoolboy error I avoided!

Hot water spluttering since installing Flange

Evening all. I am in the process of fitting a power shower and have adapted the pipework slightly in order for the Warix flange to fit but since doing this the hot water is spluttering from the taps :( Any ideas? I havent yet finished the install to the pump (speedfit stop end on as a temp...

Hi stevethespreader, Joists run across but can't be seen on pic, they are holding the ceiling up honest! I am going to sleep on the options, thanks for the tips. I've done some digging on the the texture front and people have used joint compound to good effect, may try that. Easi fill a...
