    DIY TIP OF THE DAY- Recycle Old Wall Tiles. If you have some old wall tiles that you would like to recycle, but have found that the adhesive won’t scrape off the back. My tip is, sock them in a bucket full of warm water over night. Then the adhesive will scrape off very quickly.

    Fitting Coving

    At My last house ,I used the adhesive to put coving up and filled the gaps with the adhesive. After 2 years most of it had hair line cracks so I used painters caulk. After that, 5 years went by and no cracks. So, this time in my new home I will use painters caulk to fill the gaps.

    May tip is white emulsion the walls before you paper. If the paper has a lot of white in it, any dark walls will not show threw any gaps in the joins. And also the past will not sock strait into the wall stopping you from butting the paper more easily.
