make sure power is off take the lid off look down at the valve , undo wiring & pipes to the detergent draw there is usually a small plastic pin on the valve which slots in a hole on the cabinet, push that pin inwards whilst trying to turn, you'll see what i mean will then fall out

belt needs to be tight , the 1cm of play in a cars fan belt. next stage would be to check the bolts holding the 2 concrete weights are nice and tight , have a look at the shock absorber legs to see if the have any obvious issues

i would say , an educated guess and a good place to start would be the element (NTC fault) change the element and i reckon you will be good

pulling a machine by its drum is not a move i would reccommend , the top springs will be ok with that , but the shock absorber legs won't, they are designed to move up and down but not sideways. shaking can be a symptom of dodgy shock absorber legs too check the machine is level and run it...

The main problem here is that the dishwasher itself and all the pipework is probably full of gunk run it for 3 hot washes with nothing in it , drop a couple of lids of bleach in the base each time too. see where that take you

a few questions to answer have a look at the belt. is it tight against the drum where it is on the pulley can you see any brown greasy marks at the back by the pulley bolt

Well after a 3 or 4 service washes you'll at least clear the gunge. could also be a bearing seal failure and leak look at the back by the drum pulley , is there brown dirt there , starting from the centre bolt

if it is so hot that you can bear your hand on it for more than 2 or 3 seconds then you have answered the question already

next stage is to do a couple of service washes , run on 95'c 1 litre vinegar & drop of bleach . but with no washing in maybe a drop of bleach on a dish cloth and run it all around the grey door seal too

quite posible something stuck in the element , take the sump hose off for a look, or a 150w portable light inside the drum to have a look might show something. worth a go if it is about to become scrap metal Rocks probably right though

do you have the 1/2 load option , could be this try a couple of empty 95'c washes with a litre of vinegar & drop of bleach , could be a bit of gunge in the pipes see what happens after that

looks like it wasn't insulated properly

I would start with undoing the sump hose and pull it out and check for debris on all pipes here, and clean then check pcb for obvious burn marks see where that takes you

sometimes turning down the pressure at the main water valve or at the dishwasher water feed valve under the sink can help try moving the pipes to a different position the inlet valve on the dishwasher is usually ok try these and see how you get on
