We had a new bathroom put in just over a year ago, but the grouting around the bath tiles is turning orange in the places that get wet a lot. why is this? and is there anything we can do to restore the grout to a whiter shade?! it's stating to look really ugly.

yes the previous one was a timer model, so do we need to buy another of these? or can we use a part from the old one? what is the live conductor and what is the spare? do you think we should just pay to get an electrician round or is it simple enough for us to fix? :?

Yesterday we changed our old bathroom extractor fan for a new one. Unfortunately, althought it works perfectly, it won't go off! It's not a timer model, so is not set to a timer, but should come on and off with the bathroom light. It just will not go off! Any ideas please?

we've just moved into a house and want to replace the internal doors. measured them and went to the diy stores, only to find our doors are a v unusual size!! 202 cm x 75.5 cm - short of having to shell out for custom made doors - is there anywhere else we can buy this size?

I'm not sure if we have borrowed lights or leaded lights, but over every internal door in our house is a glass panel in a separate wooden frame, criss crossed with wire inside the glass. They are horrible and look like what you have in schools! I have a couple of questions. Would it be...
