hey everybody i have a push button flush bog and its leaking through the fixing bolts so obviously the rubber conical washers have failed has any of you had this problem and how did you remedy it and also where can i get new parts (bolts and washers) from as upto now i cant find them anywhere :?

hello we are looking at getting a new central heating system and want a second oppinion on boiler size we want a heat only boiler and our house has or will have 13 rads and looking at maybe a baxi solo or unless you could reccomend better what are your reccomendations please

yes it seems to cure it but tap is turned down realy low, i had water hammer in a previous house but that was loud banging and i fitted an arrester and that solved it do you think an arrestor could solve this problem??

hello I have develloped a loud whirring on my cold water system eg when i flush downstairs toilet and sometimmse when i run cold tap i get a really loud whirring like a fog horn im sure one of you guys have come accross this. kingccc

hi all i live i a terraced house and the living room has a floorboard floor with laminate on and theres a 10mm rise to the kitchen concrete floor. the concrete floor is not quite good enough to lay lino on and its also very cold so i was toying with the idea of laying some battons about every...

also just another thought would it be possible to lay marine ply or similar streight onto concrete?

id add some perminant ventilation and see where you go from there but also seems like your dpm in floor is failing
