    hi all, The front of my 1920's house is North facing and the gable end is simply horizontal pieces of wood. Can I / do I need to insulate this from the inside? If so what product would you recommend. Thanks.

    A simple question in case I make a horlicks of it. Bathroom extractor (timer) fitted with 3 core and earth. It'll go straight to the attached isolation switch. How is it wired from there please?

    Same here, the room took on a definite burning smell with the logs against the side. They most likely wouldn't combust but the wood is only there in the summer months for decoration now.
