Still a warm roof, I'm just omitting osb below the insulation. 400mm centres and 110mm insulation and I'll support edges that don't finish on a joist (75mm) Just really need to know if the fixings can just go into the firrings in places and not the joist. Firrings will be nailed to joists.

What I have agreed so far with BC is that my dpc will be one course lower under the bi-folds which will give me a minimum sill inside. But they also said I need to maintain a 150mm under the bi-fold, which is fine, I have room, but it means I have that size step outside onto future patio most...

I'm planning to do it as Oly's first post but with wet ufh attached to the mesh. Started looking into it to cut the cost on the screed and labour which is a fair amount over 35msq. If you do the concrete floor right is there any other reason not to just have concrete instead of a screed...
