    The Shower is in my nans retirment flat, so its all pretty much on one level, the tank is about 2-3 mtrs from floor in the airing cupboard. Does this help V

    Sorry I meant to add that, the only way I can shut is off is at the fused spur switch, but do you think a new pump would definitely solve it as I may just opt for that anyway. Thanks V
