FFS, what a prat, he told the wife verbally and then she signed this without reading it, based on what he'd said. So this is related to the output of the boiler going outside. He said it was better than before and it would be okay. The notice is a warning and he didn't condemn the boiler.

muggles, he told me that it was not dangerous but I needed to change it! The combustion readings were much less after he'd stripped and cleaned it all. If it was dangerous it would not be in use

Must be a special pipe, as there is a screw valve on the brass fitting.

Where the brass nut is, it's seeping from underneath.

I'd really appreciate some quick help please. Just noticed a leak from the pipe, see picture. Tried tightening the fixing but no good. Not sure what to try next? My daughter has an issue and needs to use the toilet frequently, so I need to sort this very quickly. Thanks

Taking it to the bodyshop again. This time they will buffer the bonnet. This will cost me £45 plus vat. Really hope they can't sort it so they have to paint it. Fed up with the whole saga now and I'm using a day off to prat about.

Thanks for your comments John. It would be interesting to see how much a respray at trade price would be. If I can find a bodyshop open on my way home from work I'll pop in and see what they say Just emailed the purchasing dealership asking for assistance.

Went to a Ford bodyshop yesterday morning. Within seconds the guy said the white marks were on top of the paint, not chips and not covered under warranty Said they would polish out. So today my brother and I used top quality polish and the marks are not on the paint The polish didn't touch...

So my dealer took photos but couldn't decide on a warranty claim. As they don't have a bodyshop, I'm going to a Ford bodyshop this Saturday for them to inspect the paintwork The saga continues....
