yeah but how do you control it when the cylinder is upto temp? What happens when the panels flash to steam you will have seriously hot water. Viessmann have been desgining solar heat systems for approx 25 years and IMO there desgin is the best. Sealed system with panels above the cyclinder...

not many plastics you can run a discharge into. They need to be able to take temps of 100 deg C + so copper is better.

The best way is to get some DENSO tape. It s lovely job. So you might want to get some latex gloves or something as it can be quite messy.

they are a very cheap boiler. Depends if you want a boiler that is realiable. You usually find that the cheaper boilers are very expensive to repair. I have installed quite a few biasi boilers in the past but they were in rented properties. I wouldn't have one in my own house to be honest.

yeah in an ideal world yeah you would rip out the 1 pipe system and install a 2 pipe. You would put this to a customer when replaceing a boiler. but if they can't afford the extra work and upset decor then you will give it a go. I will do as much or as little as the customer wants me too...

problem is with a conservatory if you were to do a heat calc you would not have enough wall space for a rad. You will only ever take the chill off in winter.
