Hi, I have now set up the LCE module on my system, where do I get the remote keypad and android app from?

I would like to be able to remotely control my alarm, where can I get the RSS software from? My panel is a Honeywell G2. Your help much appreciated.

Morning and thank you for your reply, I have recently installed a Galaxy G2 at my home and have added the LCE2 communicator to it, all I want to be able to do is access the panel when I am away from home to set and re-set when it is triggered and finds out what has caused the alarm condition.

Does anyone have any knowledge of RSS? is it worth buying? anyone know how much it is and where you can get it from?

been thinking about this for a while now!!! checked my router and the default IP range is: 192.168.1.64 - 192.168.1.253 does this mean that you can not allocate a device IP which is higher than 253? or have I got this wrong...

Thank you for your help, I am with BT Infinity and the hub was supplied by them, it came with a CD which I will be going through tonight! see if I can find the settings section. One more question, does the address of devices connected to the router stay the same and only the router's IP address...

so would I be able to use Free NoIp to access the panel to set/unset etc? this is all getting beyond me....feeling a bit dense!!!

Hi, I am trying to get this right in my head, I have a router with various devices connected to it. LCE will also connect to my router, and will be allocated an IP address by my router, I will then be able to access LCE through my network, receive email alerts etc, but to connect to it remotely...

Thank you for all your suggestions, this sounds a bit daft...but the trigger head on the board...is there a connector for it ? and will I be able to programme each of the outputs to connect to different devices?

Hi, wondered if anyone knows how I can connect a relay to the alarm trigger output so I can switch on security lights on alarm activation?

Thank you for your help, all sorted now. One other question.. I have programmed some proximately tags, but these seem to be a bit tempremental, is this typical? when tags are presented the keypad bleeps but system doesn't set, are you suppose to present the tag and then press enter?

I have a problem configuring zones for part set and night set, for example my landing and bedroom PIRs are set up as intruder in full set but I would like to change these to 'not active' during night set and part set, I have put these in but when I go back to the menue they have all reverted...

Hi, thank you, just checked Selfmon, they recommend their own make of Ethernet Module (LCE-01), would you buy this or the proper Honeywell? Is it going to be hellishly difficult to set up? thanks again for all your help and advice. Sam
