    I have just ordered a Boulter Buderus Combi, looking at their website it says mains water in fitting, on jig is 22mm , plumbing 1st fix has been done and mains water to boiler is 15mm, Do I need to go back to stop tap and change to 22mm??

    Just cut out of the corners with a jigsaw, then use a good old fashioned handsaw to join up these cuts.

    It would appear that the second one did not cure the problem, it just improved it,after having no hot water at all, anything is an improvement ,as I said even after the second replacement the flow pipe was still getting hot, when I beleive the heated water should be "diverted" away from this...
