Hi, Pressure guage fluctuates between 0bar and +3bar at times, boiler shuts down as if pressure low but comes back on. Pressure relief valve does not blow off when guage reading above 3bar. Help please

When the hot water is being drawn the return on the central heating heats up, therfore heating radiators. Divertor valve has been replaced and all other inernal pipeworkand fittings checked for restrictions. Help please
