If the fan comes on then its proably ok...I think there is a sensor fitted into the thermostat housing which controls the fan (one wire)..it may be a good idea to replace the sensor whilst you are replacing the thermostat. Thermostats about £8, sensors depending on which one its is..£4-£14...

also it may be that the electric fan is not coming on.....start the engine and leave running until normal temp reached at this point the fan should come on..if not the wiring/fuse/sensor will need checking.

It seems it is possible that the SD is not formatted, or may be locked (little switch on the card fixes this), or the contacts may be dirty . On page 85 of the camera manual it tells you how to format the card. hope this helps...

How old is the camera and how old is the SD card..? Might be that you are using a newer sdhc card which may not be compatible with the camera... I have a Canon ixus which is 3 years old but will not take the sdhc cards now available...have to use the older SD cards...

Just use Microsoft Essentials add Malwarebytes and superantispyware, all free and you have all bases covered... I've not noticed any slowing down on my system using this freeware.

Not seen that one before..maybe that your computer is infected...try downloading and running 'Malwarebytes'. You may have to go into safemode to do this...

Thats probably not an external disk drive..more likely a cd/dvd drive. But you can use that to copy the info to like I mention in my previous reply.
