    Yes it was wired wrong before. The boiler was perminantly on even when the programmer was off. Also its been like this since i moved in last June. Its now wired properly giving me some control as the programmer works now :D

    I work for a plumbers merchants and used to deliver these to site all the time. I would say they are one man lift i used to chuck them on my shoulder and carry them. Most site's i deliver to now don't use ideal anymore. I wander why!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi all i'm after more advice!!!! The water in my header tank keeps boiling :( All the rads have TRV's with 15mm copper, There is a rad in the garage (K1 1200 X 600) I'm going to remove the trv and replace with a normal valve . Hopefully this way i will not need a pressure relief valve...

    I may stand corrected by a plumber as im a DIYer!!! Clean the tube with some wire wool then put flux on. Heat with your solder torch and capillary action will suck it up into the fitting basically :wink:
