I have a bare wall now and am looking for a pump solution. I like the Grohe one with water fill from waste, but I need a pump, and where do I put it? Any suggestions on a pumped solution for shower and bath would be much appreciated Cheers, Mark

How is this done? :? I am considering wall mounted taps, but as an afterthought, considered how you tile it? Sorry for the dumb question. Either a hole cut in the tile to let it through or cutting out part of the tile? If it is the latter would probably just go with normal mounted...

Area is about a metre wide with about 2cm clearance from the board (unless I bring it out). Can I channel into the block for the pipe and screw some ply onto the block before I board over?

Yeah, one by the tank and one in the kitchen...but both have to be on.... I had just the one in the kitchen on and nothing happened, until I turned the other one on.....

Hi guys, Yesterday I reported on how my fan died on the Baxi Solo 2 PF, and after turning on the trusty immersion heater.....nothing! Looking at it, it seems to be an indirect cylinder....so thats a complete new tank right? :cry: Cheers, Mark

Oh, and is there some sort of seal at the back of the fan to the flue that needs to be replaced? I seem to remember something along these lines before, which influenced my reasons for bodging it instead of replacing it... Mark

Ho ho...the irony....boiler packed up this afternoon. Opened it up and fan light on...but fan not spinning and loud humm (assume fan motor). Spun the fan around, and it did not spin easily... So how much for a service and to fit the fan in the S.E. (Kent) ? Cheers, Mark

Sorry for the noob question... Just pulled off the plasterboard from my bath area and am contemplating having wall mount taps whilst I am there. Would there be enough room with batten/board behind for the pipework, or should I chase out some of the block to accomodate? Also, in this...

I've been reading and reading posts on the subject and realise that aquapanel is the best bet, with battens etc. Now, as I read that aquapanel must be battened, can an alternative like moisture resistant gyproc be put in place with gripfill/adhesive etc? Also, maybe a dumb question....the...
