Hi So I was just making a minor change in Wintex on my Premier 48, whilst sending the change to the panel via the network something must have gone tits up on the network and the connection dropped from my laptop. Now all the keypads show no information (date has been reset, top line is blank)...

So with your help I installed a new power supply and not had any problems since. Current in Wintex shows 0.90A instead of ~1.25A when alarm is disarmed. For the benefit of anyone else who ends up doing this themselves on the forum, to add a new PSU to an existing system with several expanders...

What a headache. Guessing by what both of you have said the guy who installed it should have known better. In the meantime, is there a way to disable devices completely without unplugging them? Don't need all these PIRs and one of the keypads on with how we use it at the moment.

Doesn't look like any buttons were jammed. There is one battery connected sparkymarka (not sure where the original installer ranks on the messy scale!):

11pm the only possibility I can think of is maybe the hot water turns off... but that clearly isn't the cause of this! Entering the code on any of the keypads made no difference. The displays were all frozen and none of the buttons seemed to have any affect. It was like the system had crashed...
