the part you need is a ajc ( arm joint cone) by the sounds of it you have an internal one fitted. you can get external ajc if your wc pan is not contentental. otherwise plumber has cut flush pipe too short, and water from flush is forcing pipe n ajc to pop out

a neighbour reported gas leak,bg man came and said leak was from gas govenor capped off supply and said needs new govenor. just want to know, we thought it would have been part of there van stock.

you have got waterhammer it sounds like,best thing to do is change ballvalve in cistern

sounds as if u have a blocked cold feed from header tank

you can get self-cutting washing machine tap clamp onto pipe,screw it in and use w/m hose to drain down into bucket ,tap can turn on and off so u can empty bucket if hose cannot reach outside[/list]

hi there everyone,got a problem with cb24 alpha heating is ok, no h/w had a corgi/plumber fit new flow switch and he also changed divert valve still no h/w he says will call back, is there any other parts he will need or am i better off getting a new boiler ? thanks for any info
