    ok full length in zig zag........ 2ft bands and move across.... I still find this paint looks dry in places, after another bash today... even when it has dried. I also found it was grabbing.... Im using a decent poly short pile from the ICI Dulux shop. Still looking patchy though...

    Thank you, yes it looks like im over rolling....and its going on to dry.....even when it is dry its patchy..... some have said water it 10% even the final coat. I also think Im doing wrong as I should maybe cut half the length of a wall in, then do like 2 metre squares...I was cutting a wall...

    its Platerboard, over MDF, its around like a false fite place.... so its built up of MDF, then 18mm Plaster board, then just to the wall, skimmed brick. Its not like a crack that you see when someone has not used tape over the joints in the board, its just really fine ones like every few...

    no its not the stain its the paint..... it was a new skim on some of the walls, and on the metal edges I placed some of the under coat, as emulsion does not stick that good to the metal.....I should have just PVA`d the edges, as the paint is showing through there too.... just a normal oil based...

    Many thanks...Acrylic Eggshell Varnish...is this water based?? sorry to sound dim......as I have read the oil based ones can go yellow....and over white would show.... I could not find the spec on the trade site. Darren

    Really, this will seal it....cool... what Brand would you say? Dulux I take it...what the correct name so I can pop in the shop and get it. Is that a perfect smoth finnish varnish?
