    Hi there, THink they are designed to go into compression fittings. It goes between the trap and the waste. The trap should have a compression fitting on it already and then just get yourself a compression straight connector. Like these Rico

    Like I said really down to customer preferrence as to how far they want the rad sticking out into the room. May also depend on what they have covering any windows, if short curtains, then use the big side, so the rad is out past the curtains and less heat is lost up the back. Rico

    Hi there, Its ok to do all the pipwork in 22mm as that is what you have already, this size is normally used on gravity systems to increase the flow rate. On mains systems, 15mm is used as you don't need any additonal "help" to increase the flow, and on mains systems using 22mm does'nt make...

    Hi there, It may have got the old water out. Depend where on the loop the drops are, the water will always that the path of leat resistance, so may well have bypassed the other downstairs rads. Only 1 way to find out, get the 5 rads off the wall and check. Rico
