just bought a b & q winchester suite with mixer taps wich are conected underneath by a flexi pipe , but the pipes seems to long to connect to all the taps without kinking the pipe , same problem with the bath. anyone else ever fitted one of these suites
1/2 " the sort that fit on the bottom of the tap and have a sort of olive on them. im no pro but last time a recconected a tap i couldnt get it to stop leaking without putting ptf tape round the olive thingy
is metric pipe measured on the outer bore , and imperial on the inner. i think some of the old pipe in my hous is 3/4 " what do i need to connect it to 22mm
sorry people ,what im trying to do is just drain down the water from the bathroom basin and bath if i need to solder any new joints, not the central heating system
i am just fitting anew bathroom , would it be best to tile the wall before fitting the basin , toilet cistern and bath or fitting them to the wall then tile round them.
