I can't see any water coming out of the pipe outside . Would it be expensive to get a preasure relief valve replaced ?( this may be realy stupid but could not having the plastic caps on the rad valves lose water ?)

yes it is the monoblock and yes the cartridge is blue

Has anyone replaced a bristan tap cartridge?. I have a bristan appeal tap and have replaced a cart before but it has leaked within 2 month(the water comes around the side of the cart). Any ideas if i should grease anything or something i8m doing wrong ?

The pipe in the floor were my toilet goes into is clay with a cement plug holding it in. The cement plug allways seems damp is there anything i can do to fix this without digging it up ?

I have a baxi 105e that turns itself off (all power , led's , fan and pump ) just after its heated up and the flame turns off. i've seen this happen maybe 5 times in 3 month (but it must be happening more just im not there all the time lol ) . The odd thing is after 3 seconds it resets itself...

ive changed a pcb , and a hot water sensor before , but i think ur right i dont know anything about gas so i shouldnt touch it
