i have a problem with my wall light switch which is not working but i was wondering could the pull switch cord on the ceiling being one way be the problem and will i need to get a two way pull switch cord in order for the wall light switch to work. any suggestions?

do you mean the fuse on the boiler or the fuse to the boiler on the fused spur. fused spur is fine because the CH programmer is working.

i have an isar ideal he24 boiler which has gone off and wont turn on or there are no fault codes or light showing on the boiler any idea where the problem is. its suddenly gone off and it wont display anything on the panel.
