i have an ideal isar he24 combi boiler and when i turn the hot water tap on the pipes and boiler starts to make a loud vibration noise i have to quickly turn the boiler off incase it does any serious damage to the whole boiler. any suggestions what the noise might be? and how i can fix the problem?

your condensating pipe sounds frozen ( the white plastic one that goes through the walkl discharging outside) Un freeze it and it will stop.
how do i go about unfreezing it

Watering can of hot water poured on the exterior pipe work or hair dryer.
