Baxi 105e banging for England!

Hi all, I have just had a 105e installed (last week) and it makes a loud banging/vibrating noise. The noise occurs when the boiler in on CH+DHW and starts when you turn on a hot tap. The heating can be on for hours without noise, but as soon as you turn on the hot tap the system goes mental. The noise will continue until you turn off the boiler and then when you turn it back on it stays quiet until you run a tap again. The noise doesnt happen with the boiler set to DHW and I run the taps.

Any clues?
