No im not 100% sure.I just presumed combis to be more efficient/economic. My system i have at pres was installed by bg some 20+ years ago & i have to say has given no trouble.Space is a premium in my has ,by the way is a 2 bed semi converted to 3 bed by pulling bathroom downstairs...- francoe

Ta for reply. Ch flow/return 22mm straight swap ok. With the system it is hot water feed from immersion tank is 22mm. Dhw from combi out in 15mm.Will it have any effect on pressure/flow connecting to 22 or do i change hw pipe to 15mm completely. Cheers- francoe

Hello new to site. My question is Can i fit a combi to my existing pipework. I have a Gloworm boiler with immersion heater that is 25yrs old & looks to be giving up.Also i would like to free up the room taken by this mass of copper & i am also thinking of economy at these times. By the...- francoe
