    Hi My builders left the exterior frame of my byfolding doors unfinish as per the picture. I have the white strips that go there in the gap but I am unsure how to attached them to it. Do not want o use just any product. Any advice?

    Hi I've just finished to install the last floorboard and I am not sure what to do with the ending. As you can see in the pic there is quite a step between the original floor and the new floorboard (around 30mm). What is the best solution for this?

    Excessive shaking from washing machine post new floor

    The washing machine seems to be unbalanced. Can you adjust the back legs with the washing machine in its possition? In my one I can not reach so I can only adjust the legs and then hope that when i put it back it is still balanced.

    Response from the manufacturer: Thank you for your email, the 200w/m2 heat film system does not have an earth and is double insulated and CE approved to meet British, European and International standards. The film would not work with an earth cable as it works on radiant heat technology.
