Some of the lintel is in the wall which is an outside wall, would that affect a steel one?

Well it’s the top floor of my house so I’m assuming just the roof joists, and there is not wall below this one.

Would it make a difference if it was load bearing or not? Or does that lintel signify that it is load bearing? Because there is actually two doorways in that one wall but we’re blocking one up
